How it works

Getting started is simple.

You do not need a referral to book privately. A Mental Health Care Plan from your GP is only needed to claim a Medicare rebate.

  1. Step 01

    Reach out

Book online in a couple of minutes, or send a short enquiry and we will call you back.

  2. Step 02

    Get matched

We pair you with the psychologist whose experience suits what you are working through.

  3. Step 03

    Begin at your pace

Meet in Berwick or by telehealth, and start with a plan that feels manageable.

In-room, in Berwick
A calm, private space designed to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.
Your first visit

A conversation at your pace.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, so here is what to expect. To see one of our psychologists with a Medicare rebate, you first visit your GP, who can prepare a Mental Health Care Plan and referral. You do not need a referral to see us privately.

Your first session is simply a chance to talk through what has brought you in, in a relaxed and confidential setting. There is no pressure and no judgement, just a conversation at your pace.
