Psychology clinic BerwickA modern practice built around good, accessible care.
We believe seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. AusCare Psychology gives the growing Berwick and Casey community a genuinely welcoming place to be met with warmth and without judgement, with experienced clinicians and sensible availability.

Why we opened.
Quality psychology appointments can still be hard to come by when you need them. We set out to change that.
Our catchment is one of the fastest growing in Melbourne, full of families, professionals and young people, and yet quality psychology appointments can still be hard to come by when you need them.
We set out to change that, with a clear path from your first enquiry through to sitting down with the right psychologist, and without the long waits that leave people struggling alone.
Our approach to therapy.
We practise evidence-based psychology, which means the approaches we use are drawn from research and adapted to you rather than applied from a script. Depending on what you are working through, that might involve cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, or trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR. What stays constant is the way we work.
Collaborative
We agree on goals that matter to you and check in on progress so therapy stays useful.
Unhurried
We move at a pace that feels safe, and you stay in charge of the work throughout.
Practical
You leave with real understanding and with skills you can use in daily life.
Tailored
From CBT and ACT through to trauma-focused work, we match the method to the person in front of us.
What we value.
Three principles that shape every session, from your first enquiry to the work over months and years.
- 01
Relationship first.
Feeling genuinely understood is what makes the harder work possible, so the relationship with your psychologist comes before everything else.
- 02
Access made simple.
We keep our booking, our fees and our rebate information clear and upfront, because seeking help should not come with hurdles.
- 03
Continuity of care.
We have deliberately built a practice good clinicians want to stay at, so you can keep seeing the same person over time.
A welcoming space for everyone.
AusCare Psychology warmly supports people of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, abilities, gender identities and sexual orientations. Whoever you are, you belong here.
Who we help.
We support adults and young people across a broad range of concerns, from everyday stress and relationship difficulties through to anxiety, depression and the effects of trauma. We also provide psychological assessments for questions about attention, learning and development. Whatever you are working through, we will help you find the right starting point.
Adults.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships and life change.
Teenagers.
A safe, relatable space for young people.
Children.
Warm, family-centred support.
Support within reach.
Cost should never be the reason someone goes without support, so we work across several funding options. Many clients access a Medicare rebate through a Mental Health Care Plan, we welcome NDIS participants, and private appointments are available without a referral.
