Prepare a Mental Health Care Plan and referral
For patients seeking Medicare rebates, prepare an MHCP and matching referral in the usual way.

Address it to AusCare Psychology, or to a named psychologist once our team pages are live.

We will confirm our secure referral channel shortly — email, fax or an online form — along with the referral form. In the meantime, contact us and we will make it easy.
